The Creators of Partner Driven

As I have mentioned in the opening of this review, Peter Vekselman and Julie Muse have been partnering up for a while now. You are probably wondering exactly how the two of them started in the real estate industry. Well, allow me to introduce the two of them to you.

Who Is Peter Vekselman?

Even before Peter Vekselman made a name for himself in the world of real estate, he was already running a fairly successful business. There was not a lot of information available about that particular business. But based on some interviews and his official biography on his website, Peter was able to grow that business of his to a point where he was able make a franchise out of it.

At some point, Peter decided that running a business at that scale wasn’t really something that he wanted to continue. So he decided to sell it off to a different company. You would expect that someone like him would stop and just live a fairly normal life, right? Well, you would be wrong.

Peter still had an itch that he wanted to scratch, career-wise. It took him a while before he was introduced to the world of selling mobile homes. There was still a bit of trepidation for the most part. But Peter decided to drive cross-country in order to meet up with one of the gurus within this particular niche. And it was during that point when Peter decided to dive head first into the business of selling mobile homes.

It took him a while before he was able to make a name for himself in that particular industry. But as it went along, the dynamics within the market started change. At that point, Peter was the person to go when it came to buying or selling mobile homes in the state of Georgia. Still, that wasn’t enough for him to stay in the industry.

That was what nudged him into getting into the world of real estate. But his journey into that particular industry wasn’t without any struggles. In the first six months, he lost about $500,000. It took Peter Vekselman about three years before he was able to recoup the loses that he made early on in his career in real estate. But since then, Peter’s trajectory mostly went up.

Who Is Julie Muse?

Partner Driven coach Julie Muse

Julie Muse, on the other hand, was going through a lot before she started her career in real estate. One of the first things that happened to her was being laid off from her job. At that point, she was also going through a divorce. It really felt like the world was against her for some reason. Because she also suffered a miscarriage when that was all happening.

Despite all of those things happening to her, Julie was still hopeful that she can turn her life around. That’s why she put her sights onto Craigslist. Browsing through the platform lead her to see an ad for a real estate coaching program that Peter Vekselman was promoting. The two of them decided to meet up for an interview. And similar to how Peter got into selling mobile homes, Julie got into real estate.

With Peter’s coaching, Julie was able to make her first sale as a real estate investor. And that initial partnership between the two of them bloomed into different projects. One of which being the Partner Driven program.

An Overview of Partner Driven

Logo for Partner Driven

Partner Driven is a coaching and mentorship program that is meant to teach people the basics of being a real estate investor. For the most part, Partner Driven looks and feels like any other coaching and mentorship program out there. You get into the program with the hopes that, by the end of it, you know exactly what to do when you start getting deals.

The most interesting thing that I noticed that you get out of the program is that they will help you get funding for your deals. There’s a bit of a caveat there. But more on that in a second.

One of the hardest things when it comes to buying a property is getting the money to actually do so. People often try to borrow money from banks. But it is often difficult for a lot of individuals to get those loans approved, especially for those just starting out.

If you decide to join the Partner Driven program, they will seemingly find a way for you to get funding. But you will have to split the profits with them once you actually close the deal. Very few programs that I have reviewed offer that kind of service within the program.

What Else Is Included in the Program?

There are a handful of different inclusions that come with the Partner Driven program. If you decide to join the program, you will get access to live training calls with the program’s coaching team every day. You will also get one-on-one coaching with the master coaches like Julie Muse and Peter Vekselman.

They also include access to the Partner Driven University, which is pretty much just a collection of video lessons that you can watch. You also get access to something called Deal Driven, a software that you can use to find prospective clients. As with any other coaching program, you also gain access to a private Facebook group where you can talk with other “partners.”

Unfortunately, they do not mention anywhere on the website how much the Partner Driven program costs. In order to find out, you will have to fill out a form. You will likely go on a call that will determine whether or not you’re a good fit for the program. That’s a pretty common way for these programs to weed out their potential partners.

Is Partner Driven Legit?

With any kind of program, the legitimacy of it is often in a lot of people’s minds. You are about to spend a huge amount of money trying to learn about how to run your own real estate business. Of course there is a lot of apprehension that should come before you shell out your own money for this kind of venture.

The way that the program is structured would make you think that it is legit. They included so much into the program feels like that you are going to get your money’s worth. But, honestly? You are just going to waste a lot of your time and money.

Despite the years of experience that both Peter Vekselman and Julie Muse have within the industry, you kind of wonder why they seem to do so much when their primary business is being real estate investors. It’s not unusual for people to venture out into doing other things. But it does make you question when the last time the two of them have done any deals recently.
